Tender For Major Repair Works Under State Budget Head (Budget Announcement 2025-26) At Gups Angor (Sirohi); 1 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl. disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead 2 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine 20mm thick 3 Applying white cement based putty over cement plaster surface for making even surface 4 Taking out doors, windows and clearstory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meter lead :Of area 3 Square meter and below. 5 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thickdouble leaf door shutter windows in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction 6 Wire Gauge Supplying & fixing fixed wire Gauge to the Metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20X3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance.14 mesh X 24 Gauge 7 Guard Bars: Providing and fixing square bars or other flat welded to window/ventilators etc., Guard bar 12 x12mm 8 Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steelTee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10 Cm. long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 Cm. of 1:3:6(1-Cement:3-coarse sand:6-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approvedsteel primer. 9 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Three or more coats). 10 Painting with ready mix paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade :NEW steel work (One or more coats). 11 Dismantellling of flooring with care including stacking of servceable material and diposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtr. Group-2 2 x 1.5 sq. mm 21 2 x 2.5 sq. mm 22 P & F 240/415 V MCB of breaking capacity not less than 10 KA (B/C/D tripping characteristic) ISI marked IS 8828 (1996)/conforming to IEC 60898 in existing board/ sheets including making connections with lugs, testing etc. as required. Group-2 6 A to 32 A rating 23 P & F strip fluorscent tube fitting fabricated from (CRCA sheet and finished with powder coating/stove enamelled non corrosive UV resist EP channel) complete with accessories(Low loss copperchoke, starter, starter seat)/Electronic choke with terminal block duely prewired with copper conducter including making connection, testing etc. as required(Without tube)1x36 watts with OCCB. Group-2 24 P & F Fluorscent tube rod in existing fixtures as required, minimum 3 star rating,36/40 watts 25 P/I aying PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable of 1.1 kV grade with aluminium conductor of IS:1554 P-I of Groups of approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cm x 75cm size trench, 25cm thick under layer of sand, Iind class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size 6 sqmm, 4 core arm 26 P & F star rated double ball beari;ng capacitor start, aluminium body and blade ceiling fan with down rod upto 30 cm with 3x1.5 sqmm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc as required.1200 mm sweep 3 star rated 27 P & F modular type 120W step fan regulator duly ISI mark5 step fan regulator 2 module 360 degree rotating 28 P & F ISI marked (IS:3854) 6 amp. flush type non modular switchwith CM/L no. printed and made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material including cutting hole in tile and making connection testing etc. as required.
