Tender For State Budget Head Major Repair Work; 1 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. Cement Concrete Roofing 2 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 3 Coping:Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 50 mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 4 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finished with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design. 5 Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg ofVG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. OfVG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth leve 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (Flooring) 7 Polished Blue Kota Stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm 8 Polished Blue Kota Stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm 9 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 10 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :25 MM Thick 11 Pointing on stone slab ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-Sand) : Flush pointing. 12 Pointingonstonemasonryincementsandmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) :Raised and cut pointing. 13 PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS:- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shadenew steel work (2 or more coat on new work).
