Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Various Type Of Earthing, La, Spd, Earth Pit Covers And Allied Works Under Ge (Mcte) Mhow; 1 M& L for earthing with copper plate 60 x 60cm x 3.15mm thick electrodea nd 20 x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including taking down old earthing all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and submission of test report by contractor complete all as specified and directed. 2 M &L for Earthingwith galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm. x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including taking down old earthing all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and submission of test report by contractor complete all as specified and directed. 3 M &L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm. x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including taking down old earthing all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and submission of test report by contractor complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm.x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including taking down old earthing all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and and submission of test report by contractor complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing CPRI tesed maintenance free, pipein -pipe technology upgraded(Zinc & Alloy coated), Zinc & Alloy coated (80 -100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & Alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm and 41.9 mm dia respectively of 3 mtrs long zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on top side for additional protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes to be filled up with Compact fill (CF) (Crystalline Conductive) mixture which should bemachine pressed in the pipes not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes boring of 300mm dia bore up to 5.5 mtr depth in any type of strata/ soil for placing/ lowering the pipe in pipe electrode, filling of pure conductolite back filling compound (BFC Conductolite) having excellent moisture retaining capacity in 300mm bore all around the electrode min 4 bags of 25 KG per pit per unit.The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The job also include M & L for in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour. complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i)Design of earth electrode should be of pipein-pipe technology.(ii)Contractor have to submit literature of earth electrode and get the make approved of GE before procurement.(iii)The earth electrode shall be CPRI tested to withstand short current test for 60kA rms for 1.0 second and 150kA for peak current.(iv)Contarctor has to fill pure back fill compound all around the earth electrodein 300mm bore up to full depth of bore.(v)Copper strip will be laid below 20 cm from ground level and connecting the test point through plinth protection using HDPE pipe for protection, necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item.(vi)Contarctor shall submit the test report of earthing after satisfactorily completion.(vii)Contractor shall remove and disposed off the soil excavated from boring and clear the site before completion of work. 6 S&f Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6 mm dia galvanised iron strip including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20 x 3mm dia copper strip strip including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fixing Surge protection device (SPD) Type 1+2 AC TP+N (triple pole and neutral) 320 Uc(V), In 20KA to Imax 50KA upto 1.5 KV including suitable enclosure and installation in parallel connection in DB and making all electrical connection with 4 x 6 sqmm single core copper wire with copper lugs complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing Surge protection device (SPD) Type 1+2 AC 1P+N (Single pole and neutral) 320 Uc(V), In 20KA to Imax 50KA upto 1.5 KV including suitable enclosure and installation in parallel connection in DB and making all electrical connection with 2 x 6 sqmm single core copper wire with copper lugs complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing Brass Copper lightening arrester 9.2mm diameter and 915mm in length with 5 spikes and base plate 8.5 x 8.5 cm for building protection coverage of 45 degress from the top point 1.85 m icluding taking town old unsv complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply & fixing ESE LA (Early streamer emission lightning arrester) with 79 meter radius at 5 meter height with level 1 protection level as per NFC 17 192 : 2011 complete including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. Note:- CPRI type test certificate to be provided along with material, installation is to be done through OEM representative. 13 Supply & fixing GI Mast of size 50mm dia with guy wire of 5 meter length along with all accessories like clamps, saddles, holding arrangements to fix the mast to the shed/ structure at highest point such that the Air terminal is 5 meters above the tallest structure is installed as per site requirement including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply & fixing Analog Lightnng counter 6 digit including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block in junction box including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F in repair of HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq.cm of size 25mm dia for protection of copper earth strips complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for PVC insulated, Single core flexible copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, Conf to IS 694, ISI marked of size 70 Sqmm including fixing it ontower of 40 mtr height by providing GI strip clamp and also by using Heavy duty PVC tye from LA at top of tower to earthing pit on ground, and any other locations like on wall or laying on floor by providing saddles, including connecting terminals by providing copper lugs, brass nut and bolt with washer of suitable size as per site requirement to connect the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 18 Supply and fixing lead acid battery 12V, 100AH, complete all as specified and directed. 19 S & Fixed in repair of 200 watt led flood light Graphite grey powder coated; matt finished pressure die cast aluminium housing designed to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat, Heat resistant toughened glass provided with silicon gasket for efficient Ingress protection, LEDs are provided with secondary polycarbonate lens optics to get optimum optical performance, Constant current LED driver used is specially designed to have built-in surge voltage, open/ short circuit protections. Any defects within warranty period will be rectified by contractor and earth connection of each light fitting should be connected to the system earth point either with 3 core cable or though seprate earth cable complete all as specified and directed. 20 All as per Srl item No. 18.00 above but 120 Watt. complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F in repair earth pit cover of cast iron including hinges and any other connected item for fixing of size 450 x 450mm of black color, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass filling for poles, stays etc. complete all as specified and directed. 23 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in repairing of old earth pit covers including necessary painting, marking, form work and finishing exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 24 S& F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed. 25 S& F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.
