Tender For Repairs To Floor Connected Works And Services And Other Allied Misc Work At Zone Ii Area Under Ge Mceme Secunderabad; 1 Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 2 M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick light shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm and not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed 3 M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick light shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm and not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in skirting. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed 4 M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tilescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 5 M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tilescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 6 M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. 7 M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cementmortar 1:6 for lying floor finishes and as directed 8 M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4finished rough to receive walltiles etc and as directed 9 M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cementmortar 1:6 for lying floor finishes.andas directed 10 M & L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments andas directed 11 Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or bedding in cement morterandpointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all asspecifiedandasdirected. 12 Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabncluding rubbing and polishing complete and as directed 13 M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc completed all as specified. 14 M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles flooring machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete for pillars and etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 15 M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement andas directed screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete 16 Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all asspecified anddirected. 17 M & L 100 mm thick PCC typeB-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) hard standing finishedeven and smooth withoutusing extra cement. With spike rolling to to surface or maing impressedof expanded metal and as directed. 18 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and as directed 19 M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D4, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate)asinsubbase andas directed 20 M&L for 50 mm sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required andas directed 21 M&L forMachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigmentandas directed. 22 Taking down, Shutters of any description exc 1sqm but n.exc 2 sqmeach, and rfixing in the same opening after easing/adjustingetc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood boarding in floor and skirting Planed one side & edges tongued andgrooved or rebatedincluding two coats of French polishing onsurfaces over a coat ofwood filler on new works with two or more coatsof any description,completed all as specified. 24 Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nailscompleted all as specified.
