Tender For Dismantling, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Exhaust And Fresh Air Fans Including Ducting And Kitchen Hoods In 7Th Floor, Food Court, Thejaswini Building, Technopark Phase I Campus. 1 Supply, and Installation of stainless steel kitchen hood (Grade 304, 22G) of following sizes along with filter and oil tray 2 160cm X 90cm X45cm 3 150cm X 90cm X 45cm 4 210cm X 90cm X 45cm 5 175cm X 90cm X 45cm 6 Supply and Installation of Axial flow fan with die cast aluminium blade and TEFC motor with necessary supports and other fittings along with bird screen screen - for exhaust, CFM: 7500 at 40-50 mm static 7 Dismantling of existing cabinet type exhaust fan and re-location of the same with necessary supports and and other fittings, CFM: 6000 at 30 mm static complete with bird screen screen 8 Supply and Installation of Axial flow fan with die cast aluminium blade and motor with necessary supports and fittings along with bird screen for - fresh air, CFM: 7000 at 25 mm static 9 Supply, fabricate, handle, and erection of GI ducting confirming to latest IS:655 & 277 complete with dampers supporting arrangements, i.e. tab hangers, anchor fasteners, vanes, access door framework, etc. The duct sizing has to be done as per ASHRAE & SMACNA Standards 10 22 Guage 11 24 Guage 12 Supply and installation of galvanized steel construction volume control dampers within ducts with suitable ducts lever and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow and for proper balancing of the air distribution. 13 Supply and Installation of fresh air grill with collar damper 14 Supply and installation of electrical starter panels for exhaust and fresh air fans, including all associated electrical work required for commissioning of the system 15 Civil works such as breaking and re-fixing of walls, removing/cutting and re-fixing of false ceiling such as gypsum, grid ceiling etc as required for the installation of units or ducts 16 Testing and commisioning of the system including proper air balancing 17 Charges for AMC and servicing the installed exhaust units, fresh air units and kitchen hoods including ducts once in every 3 months for a period of 2 years Please
