Civil Work At Chandrasarovar Bethak,Mathura (U.P.) - 1 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 2 Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead: Of area 3 square meter and below. 3 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal ofsurplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 5 Carriage of following material including loading unloading and stacking if required complete in all respect.Earth, Sand, Lime, Moorum, manure or sludge, Building Rubbish, Stone Metal (Girt and ballast etc), Stone for Masonry work & Soling and Excavated rock etc. 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 7 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 8 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 9 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 10 Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor V level using bricks of designation 75 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 Plaster on new surface on Outer walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 25mm thick. 12 Providing and applying white cement based putty overplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeNew Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 13 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work including prepration of base with primer putty lippy complete in allrespect. 14 Painting exterior surface ofWallwith 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty,etc complete in all respect.New Work 15 Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 16 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars orflats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per deign and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 17 Finishing with neat cement (punning). 18 M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 ofIS 15658:2006 Category A Denated units to key into each other on four faces zigzag shape as per IRC SP 63:2004
