Tender For Miscellaneous Em Works At Age (I) Cg Noida; 1 Dismantling and taking down carefully 1 POP-up rotor sprinkler (radius 11.96–21.6 m) with automatic arc return, non-strippable drive part, and full-circle in one model, flow 16.3–120.2 LPM with CV, of any make and type; opening for examination, replacing unserviceable spare parts, and refixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling and taking down carefully ABS switch joint 1 POP-up with four-elbow swing joint assembly of any make and type, opening for examination, replacing unserviceable spare parts, and refixing the same in position, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M&L for detecting water leakage/blockages in underground water pipelines, including turning off/on water supply and draining the system as required, with necessary excavation at the location of leakage/blockage, and carrying out repair of GI/CI/DI/HDPE pipes of any size by tightening loose connections, removing and cleaning blockages, replacing unserviceable fittings, and repairing/replacing joints, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: 1. Excavation and earthwork, additional pipe, joints, and jointing material shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. GI/CI/DI/HDPE fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, and unions of any size shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 4 Supply and fix nylon net wire mesh (similar to mosquito net), 2 m in breadth and 10 m in length, for cleaning and removal of unwanted particles/insects from the swimming pool, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Supply and fix brush assembly suitable for vacuum pool cleaner motor of 2 HP capacity (Make: Modi, Model: B-200 M), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply and fix hard plastic teeth brush for cleaning of swimming pool, size 30 cm length and minimum 10 cm width, fixed with light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore and 8 m length, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and fix hard wire teeth brush for cleaning of swimming pool, size 30 cm length and minimum 10 cm width, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply and fix nylon wire mesh with frame of size 18 × 18, connected with 12 ft long stainless steel extension rod, for lifting and removing floating suspended particles from swimming pool water, complete all as specified and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of 100 cu.m capacity pressure filter bed of the swimming pool at Sector-24, Noida, including dismantling and removing the manhole cover, removing the filter media layer-wise and setting aside separately, taking out all filter media for exposure to sunlight and drying, pressure washing and cleaning of the filter media using hydro-chloric acid (HCL), and refilling in the filter bed; thoroughly cleaning and washing the inner surfaces of the filter bed by mechanical means, cleaning all outlets, reconnecting the inlet and outlet valves with new rubber insertions, nuts, and bolts, firmly closing the manhole cover and tightening bolts and nuts, and testing and commissioning the filter bed for satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Refilling of new filter media in the filter bed with required quantities, ensuring proper layering and compaction, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Material & Labour for cleaning silt, sludge, and mud accumulated at the bottom of drains around the swimming pool (through which suction sweeper water passes), including removal of concrete/PVC covers, thorough cleaning of the drain, and refixing the covers, to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 S&F in replacement shaft sleeves for 12.5HP pump set (Suitable for kirloskar make pump set existing at site). 13 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on external surfaces of water filtration plant, CI suction/delivery pipes, and electric monoblock induction motors using brush application, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for taking out old unserviceable pressure switches and supply & fixing ISI-marked pressure switches of range 5.5 kg/cm² to 7.5 kg/cm² for pump sets, complete with ball valves for isolation and necessary fittings such as unions, elbows, reducers, etc. Pressure switches for jockey and booster pumps shall be differential type with both high and low settings, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L for taking out old unserviceable pressure gauges and supply & fixing new pressure gauges of range 0–20 kg/cm² for the filtration plant, complete with ball valves for isolation, siphon, and necessary fittings, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, painting with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint on pipes of any description, not exceeding 60 cm girth, including holder bats, distance pieces, bends, branches, etc., with length measured over all bends and branches, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 17 M&L for painting street light poles (9 m long) with silver color and white oil paint, covering the complete pole from bottom to the street light including brackets and accessories, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Supply & Fix in replacement of defective PCB of kitchen chimney. The faulty PCB causing issues such as non-functioning touch panel, motor not starting, lights failure, or irregular operation was carefully removed and replaced with a new compatible PCB. All electrical connections were checked, reconnected, and secured. Post-installation, the chimney was tested to ensure proper functioning of all features including suction, lighting, and touch panel operations, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for fabrication of duct cover made from mild steel (Fe-250 Gde) chequered plate with provisions for lifting handles, fire points, ladders, pipe supports, and bracings fabricated from mild steel (Fe-250 Gde) angles, channels, and flats of suitable sizes, including necessary welding as per site requirements. The work shall include removal of old rusted or unserviceable items andcomplete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L for preparation of new (untreated) steel surfaces,not exceeding 60 cm girth, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 21 M&L for dismantling and taking out old unserviceable aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm including saddles, fixing screws, and accessories, and refixing as roof and down conductors above ground for lightning/surge protection, complete with anchor fasteners on wall/roof all around the building and proper connection to earthing strip and lightning arrestor rod, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
