Tender For Repair Work Of Ghantaghar Square (Choraha )In Ward No. 34 Of Kota North Municipal Corporation.-2 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffoldingwherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with alllifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 3 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Earth For 5 km 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 75 mm Pink sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/ coping with ornamental shape having moulding and PAN Shape engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 6 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 8 Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone water proof 9 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 10 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto two stories, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 12 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.
