Tender For Erection and alignment & Dismantling Pantoon Bridge on Ganga River at Raipuriya Ghat inMirzapur district - Carrying of pontoon pair from the place of anchoring (down stream side of bridge) to the alignment of bridge in water and fixing the same with other pontoon pair and prefixing the same in bridge alignment. 2 Additional Haulage of Pantoon in River (Per Km.) 3 During carrying the pontoon pair from place of anchoring (D/S side of bridge) in Per pair water and then to cross the dry bed / shallow water on the way up to the the alignment 4 Sinking of pontoons to obtain the proper gradient as lald in dry bed shallow water in the alignment of pontoon bridge as per direction of Engineer In charge 5 Laying of wooden anchors in the river on the up stream/ Down stream side of the pontoon bridge site including their weaving packing the sand filled bags (av 90 bags) properly before laying and fixing to pontoon with coir ropel sisall rope excluding cost of all 6 Cartage and Laying Chequered plateincluding cost of cartage, loading, unloading. T&P etc. Complete 7 Fixing of railing post in position including making 16 mm dia 25 cm deep hole with the help of generator and drill machine over sleeper and all sal edging before fixing the railing post with help of 300x16 mm size nut and bolts 8 (I) Carriage and laying of sal sleeper including loading unloding] cost of carriage from central store and decking on the bridge as per direction of Engineerincharge 9 (II) Same as item above but sal edging 10 Carriage and laying of spliced R.S. joist(5.00m long) including loading unloading cost of carriage from central store and placing on the as per direction of engineer incharge 11 Supply of Wooden ancher (2.4x1.80x3.1) with 10 & 15 Cm Equaliptus Balli 12 Supply of iron ancher making bending carteg including all complete works 13 Supply of Eucalyptus Balli 6 dia 14 Supply of Eucalyptus Balli 5 dia 15 Supply of Eucalyptus Balli 4 mm dia 16 Supply of PP Roap 17 Small boat at rent with mallah and engine 18 Supply of Labour for Trafic Cantrol & other works 19 Suppy of nut bolt 30x300mm 20 Supply of M.S. Size. 22 Supply of M.S washar 30mm dia & 20mm Dia 23 Supply of 20 mm wire for Fastening of pantoon in off sesion200mtrx4 nos 24 Empty Cement Bags of good Condition (Plastic) filled of local sand including filling stitching stacking at site of work 25 Supply of Labour For Road maintenance 26 Maintenance of Pantton bridgencluding pile on either side from start to end day-night including tightening of nuts, bolts of Pantoon and railing posts and watering of way of Pantoon bridge and supervision of nut, bolts of Pantoon and fixing of nut, bolts removing damaged nut bolts and tightening of ropes and watch and ward of camp and Pantoon bridge and other work as per direction of E/I For 8 month= 299x8/3=797.33 (Rate aproved For mela period ie 3 month but requirment for this pantoon bridge is eight month) 27 Dismantling of Pantoon 28 Dismentalling of Chequered plate road and lifting of chequered plate lying in the alignment of road for loading into truck, including cost of cartage, loading, unloading. T&P and duly stacked in store at parado ground. 29 Dismantalling and carrying railing post fixed in position including opening of 300 x 16 mm nut and bolt,including loading, unloadidng, cartage and duly stacked at store 30 Dismantalling and carrying sal edging fixed ovar the sleeper including loading, unloading, cartage and duly stacked in store 31 Dismantalling and Carrying sal sleeper in dacking over the bridge including cleaning the kapsa soil and kansa loading, unloading, carriage and duly stacked in store. 32 Carrying the spliced R.S. joist 5.2 m long between two pontoon after dismantelling of pontoon pair including loading, unloading cartage and duly stacked in store 33 Digging and cartage of local sand/earth etc. complete 34 Suply of U-Clamp(for girder, Sal sleeper & Sal edging fixation 35 fixing of railling wire through the hole of railling post etc complete
