Tender For Provision Of 4 Nos Of 50 Users Septic Tank Alongwith Soak Pit At Ota Chennai Under Ge Stm Chennai.; 1 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc, of for manholes getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M & L PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M & L for Precast reinforced Cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in manhole cover slabs, set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M & L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching in Manhole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work surfaces to be finished fair and even smooth with using extra cement and mix with water proofing compound by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.(WPC liquid will be measured & paid separately under supply only item) 8 Supply only Water proofing liquid 9 M & L for TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in rungs and handles complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes, of 150mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M & L for Concrete bed with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested of 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick of soils complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Excavation over areas n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc, of for manholes/ soak pit getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 17 All as per item No.16 here-in before but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc 3m complete all as specified and as directed. 18 All as per item No.16 here-in before but depth exc 3.00m but n.exc 4.5m complete all as specified and as directed. 19 All as per item No.16 here-in before but depth exc 4.50m but n.exc 6.00m complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M & L for broken stone boulders loose filling with aggregate of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for reinforced Cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in slabs, supported on wall complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Use and waste form work to soffits and sides of suspended slab such roof slab and floor slab n.exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 150mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. 25 S & F PVC (SWR) 150mm dia single T equal or unequal complete all as specified and as directed. 26 S & F PVC (SWR) 110mm dia vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Note:-The following drawings are given for reference, The Qty mentioned above one approximate and worked out from the following Drawing:-(a) Construction of septic tank 50 users as per CECZ- TD drg No 703, sh 1/1 complete all as specified and as directed.(b) Construction of soak pit 2.40m dia depth 4.5mtras per CECZ- TD drg No TD/ST/747, sh 1/1 complete all as specified and as directed.
