    Tender Details

    Tender For Covering Of Open Balcony At Silver Spoon Restaurant In Iimk Campus Providing & applying Dr. Fixit Torchshield (P3160/SF-P3160) or approved equivalent water proofing agent over the sheet roofing (aproximately 60 cmm width) including; cleaning & removing the dust, dirt, making grovesd in the wall and fixing to wall and sheet roof. Fix the Torch sheild over the joints (wall and sheet roof) after heating with gas burner and press firmly against substrate to bond from the lower end towards the higher end. Keep overlap margin for minimum 100 mm. Heat both the overlaps & use round tipped trowel to seal overlap. Excess compound should be smoothened & pressed into seam using hot trowel. All angles & abutments upstands should be sealed with extra care to ensure perfect bondage as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. Finally the top portion should be painted with matching colour paint (Exterior emulsion) two or more coat after applying suitable primer.
