Tender For Food Supply Tender For Yerwada Public School - The price list for the food contract should be placed in envelope No. 22 Breakfast (morning) For breakfast, students should have at least 100 grams of one of the following: Usal/ Poha/ Upma/ Shira/ Shabudana Khichdi/ Idli Sambar, Urid Vada, Dahi Vada (different breakfast every day). In the morning, one boiled egg for non-vegetarian students and 50 grams of cornflakes for vegetarian students. Milk 200 ml for all students3 Lunches (unlimited / filling) Dal (varan), rice / spice rice / pulao, two vegetables (cereals / fruit vegetables / root vegetables / leafy vegetables), wheat chapati / jowari bread alternately, pickle, cucumber, carrot, onion and lemon (as per the demand of the students) After lunch, everyone should be given dry fruit laddu at least once a week, at least three days a week, 150 grams of apple. In the remaining three days, two bananas / 200 grams papaya / 200 grams chickpea / 200 grams mango / 200 grams guava / 200 grams watermelon / 200 grams melon / 200 grams pineapple / 200 grams grapes / 200 grams pomegranate / 200 grams citrus / 200 grams oranges, as per the season, should be given every day. The same type of fruit should not be given for more than two days.4 Dinner (Unlimited / Full Meal) Dal (Varan), Rice / Spices Rice / Pulao, Two Vegetables (Pullion / Fruit Vegetable / Root Vegetable / Leafy Vegetable), Wheat Chapati / Jowari Bread Alternately, Pickles, Cucumber, Carrot, Onion and Lemon (As per the demand of the students)5 For Non-vegetarian Students Mutton / Chicken Alternately Every Sunday 100 grams per student, Rice / Pulao, Wheat Chapati / Jowari Bread Alternately, with Salad.
