    Tender For Dismantling, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Btu Meters At Technopark Phase Iii It Building (Sez) Dismantling of existing BTU meter and SITC of Ultrasonic BTU Meter, 2 ½ inch (BMS Compatible – Mbus protocol) (Make: Landis+Gyr, Kamstrup). The service pipe insulation shall be polyurethane foam (make seven star or equivalent to be approved by the consultant) with 36 kg/cu m minimum density, 90% minimum closed cell content, minimum compressive strength of 40 psi and thermal conductivity of 0.14 Btu-in/hr/ft/F. The insulation shall completely fill the annular space between the service pipe and jacket and shall be bonded to both, the service pipe & jacket. The location of BTU meters are mentioned in the special conditions of contract
