    Tender For Errection And Installation Of New Rolling Shutter In Sugar Godown; 1 Dismantling of damaged sugar godown -No3 roller shutter , and providing New Shutter Size 6 x 4 mtr ( 24 m²)SUPPLY AND ERRECTION OF SHUTTER 2 Dismantling, removing and handadover to store of the old damaged rolling shutterincluding cost of all materials, labour charges, tools andtakels etc. 3 Dismantling and removing of old damaged brick wallsincluding cost of all materials, labour charges, tools andtakels etc. 4 Supplying and fixing in position of rolling shutters(with a gear operating arrangement) for the openings manufactured by using 18 gage thick 75 mm Mild Steel CRCP convex corrugated sheets with one piece construction guides made out of 10 gauge thick plate without joints well pressed and with bottom rails made out of 3mm thick plate with interlocking arrangements for the steel logs by menss of alternative one clip brackets etc. strongs top suspension shaft made out of new pipes close with high tension coil type spring made out of best imported spring steelwith locking arrangement pulling locks, handles with all fitting accessories in best workmanship and the entire door shutter painted with heavy coat of red oxide primer factory finished with top hood cover. The suspension shaft should be provided with 3 nos. Ball bearing ofbest quality for shutters suspension complete complying complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineers of the work. 5 Painting two coats over one coat of priming coat for new iron work with ready mixed enamel paint of apporved quality and colour including preparing surface patty, brashes etc.(including the cost of priming coat) complete as per standard specification
