Tender For Annual Shutdown Works Of Mould Room Equipments Group -6 -1Dismantling of side plates of the existing chute and its supporting structures. 2Strengthening of supports, Marking & cutting of plates, angles and channels for side plates to the required size to fabricate the guide plate of the chute and its supports as per the existing one using 16 and 20 mm thick plates. 3Repair of sand separator chute. 4Repair / strengthening of chute base plate and its supports. 5Disposal of released scrap material to designated place. 6Check for free flow of risers to the riser bin. Rates are inclusive of GST 1Fabrication of new side wall panels as per the existing ones to size approximately 700 mm width, 3150 mm height, 130 mm thick with stainless steel sheet of 1.5mm thickness. The panel shall be insulated with thermal resistance wool in between stainless steel box. ( Qty - 32 Nos. ) 2Painting of new panels with heat resistant aluminium paint. ( Qty - 32 Nos. ) 3Dismantling and removal of pusher beam, hydraulic cylinder & pusher beam support rollers of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 4Removal of both charge and discharge doors of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 5Removal of RC fan assemblies of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 6Removal of hot air duct of MPO-3 ( Approximately 20 meters ) 7Removal of defective side wall panels of MPO-3 8Repair to the side and top wall panels support channels and fitment of newly fabricated side wall channels. ( Qty - 32 Nos. ) 9Repair of the damaged portion of ducts of MPO-1 & 2 10Fitment of hot air duct of MPO-3 ( Approximately 20 meters ) 11Repair to pusher beam support structure of MPO 1,2 & 3 12Servicing and fitment of RC Fan assemblies of MPO 1,2 & 3 ( Impeller and shaft has to be dynamically balanced. ) 13Replacement of pusher beam support shaft and bearings of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 14Replacement of damaged pusher beam dogs, pins and positioning on the support shaft of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 15Fitment of serviced pusher beam cylinder and connection of hydraulic lines of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 16Repair to charge and discharge door guides and strengthening the guide supports of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 17Fitment of charge and discharge doors of MPO 1, 2 & 3. 18Painting of all MPOs with one coat of heat resistant aluminum paint. 19Disposal of released material to earmarked place.Rates are inclusive of GST etc
