Installation and supply of new designed Zigzag type air heater for texmaco make boiler of 30TPH,370 Temperature and boiler working pressure 21/Kg cm2 as per given specification in all respect with successful trail.a- Supply of tube plates of size 20mm thick x 1200mm. width x 4900mm. Length with 612nos. holes-02Nos.b- Supply of tube plates of size 12mm thick x 1200mm. width x 4900mm. Length with 612nos. holes-02Nos.c- Dismantling of damage and weak old air heater tube plates anderection on new fabricated tube plates as per drawing.d- Dismantling of old air heater tubes anderection on new tubes with both side expend and leak proof.e- Necessary air hear tube casting/duction modification if required will be completed by supplier.
