Tender For Atal Knowledge Center Construction Work - Excavation of soil upto 1.5 m depth in foundation, tamping of bottom, pouring water, beautifying the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling of empty spaces with soil again after filling of foundation and disposal of remaining soil upto a distance of 50 m in hard, clayey, gravelly soil.2 In cement concrete foundation or floor, put 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken) in cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 aggregate and tamping, including tamping.3 In foundation and plinth, stone wall-rammed masonry in cement-gravel mixture, including closing of side cracks and tamping etc. Cement Gravel 1:64 Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 Pouring and supply of reinforced cement concrete of mix, pressing into roof slabs, eaves, beams, lintels etc, plastering and leveling surface with 1:3 cement mortar etc including scaffolding but cost of steel and shuttering extra. 5 Centering Shuttering (planking and framing) for laying RCC roof, slab, balcony, lintel etc. Shuttering steel upto 4.5 m height and removal etc.6 Stone wall masonry for more than 30 cm thickness upto 4.5 m height and plinth in superstructure in cement-gravel mortar including closing of side cracks and tamping etc. Cement-gravel 1:67 Masonry work of first class bricks in 112 mm thickness in foundation and superstructure in cement-gravel mortar 1:4 including tamping.8 Cutting, bending and fixing of iron for RCC work and fastening work including supply.9 Polished Kota stone flooring over 1:4 cement-gravel mortar 20 mm thick, Applying and grinding of scaling (minimum 3 times) and joining the joints by filling them with cement slurry etc. More than 2300 sq. cm.10 Cement plaster on wall by mixing cement-gravel in 1:6 ratio and scraping the joints and including regular watering for 14 days. 25 mm11 Additional cost of plastering on roof.
