arrangementincluding two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. 225 Supply, installation testing and commisisioning bus bar chamber CPRI type tested minimum size 0.6x0.4mx0.15m double door IP 54 rating with bus bar of 200Amps capacity with locking arrangement including two coats or synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally & externally after taking down old unserviceable one and removing the wooden cover and making good the disturbed surface with connection through existing serviceable MCCB complete all as directed by engr-in - charge. 226 Supply and fix in repairs /replacement of self adhesive PVC Electrical Insulation tape of size 1.8cmx6.5mx0.125mm mix colour box in a packet of 12 roll complete all as specified and dircted. Note- Insulation tape should be ISI marked. 227 S&F MCCB, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 16kA, four pole with thermal and magnetic release adjustable type including necessary connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. 228 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel, GI wire proected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe and other end connected to earth test point as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke common salt laid in alternative layer of 15 cm (complete thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 normal mix cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 cm c/c bothways and single handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work etc. in soft / loose soil and disposal pf soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and necessary testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified anddirected. 229 NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS OF BOQ:- All retrived servicable and un-serviceable materials shall be deposited in MES store yard and handed over to contractor, if catered for in Schedule of credit.
