Tender For Development And Beautification Work Of Sanwaliya Chouraha Kapasan.(Re-Tender) - 1 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 2 CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS (By Mechanical Means) -Carriageof Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking : Stone, boulders, gravelly material - 2Km 3 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. - Depth upto 1.5 m 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 8 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete. 9 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 10 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km) 11 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar - 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 12 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster on rough side of brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine/ coarse sand) 13 Neat cement punning 14 Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. 15 Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping, with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. - 50 mm thick 16 Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) :Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. - 30 mm thick. 17 Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2(1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. - Red sand stone 18 Providing and fixing Stone jali 50mm thick Red/Pink sand stone as per ornamental design to fixed with white cement/epoxy mortar including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade. 19 Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75 mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 20 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. - In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 21 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 22 Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing socketed rubber gasket type ISI marked uPVC pipes of Class III (6 Kg/sqcm) suitable for potable water with rubber ring joints (as per IS 4985-2000) of following outer dia with all accessories (excluding specials) complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. 23 Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing uPVC pipe fittings/ accessories of class III (6 Kg/sqcm) confirming to IS:7834 suitable for potable water with rubber rings joints in uPVC pipe line at all levels/ depth including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer.Equal Tee (Moulded) welded with socket 24 Double/Single socketed 90 degree long bend (single piece welded with socket) :110MM Dia 25 Double/Single socketed 45/22.5/11.25 degree long bend (single piece welded with socket) : 110mm dia 26 Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping making connections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. B class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in-charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR : 8 SWG tinned copper Wire 31 Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un- armoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity >99.7 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size.
