Conservation And Repairs Of Shri Mahaganpati Temple, Ranjangaon, Tal.Shirur, Dist. Pune- 1 Dismantling the existing lights, tublelight, bulbs, fans, independent plug points, wiring including circuit mains of all types along with accessories etc. complete as per specification No.WG-DM / PW 2 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 3 G.I sheet (Patra) Partition As per Instruction erect the vertical poles at a distance of 8to 10 feet & on that provide the horizontal poles & prepare the square, on that fix the GIsheet (patra) . Provide the opening in patra where required. Instructions:- 1) In this work Excavation in any type of road, soil, loose or hard rock should be done and after the workExcavated pits should be refill. 2) The rate of the above work is for 3 days and because of ifany reason days exceed beyond 3 days Rate as per following will be given a) for 4th day to30 th day - 3% of original rate 4 Removing the existing cement/ lime plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 m or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete. 5 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 6 Dismantling the R.C.C. Work 1: 2: 4 and sorting out the materials such as steel etc. as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. complete. 7 Removing brick bat coba including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.. 8 Removing the tiles, battens and dungry cloth purlins, rafters and ridges etc. from roof, sorting out the serviceable and unserviceable materials and stacking the same as and where directed in the compound, scaffolding etc. complete. 9 Removing planking from roof or ceiling and stacking them as directed with all leads and lifts etc. complete. 10 Removing iron pipe railing having wooden or R.C.C or C.C or iron posts and stacking the materials as directed etc. complete. 11 Removing cement tiles or marble or polished shahabad floor or dado without bed concrete including stacking the materials as directed with all lead, lifts, etc. complete. 12 Removing lime or lean cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete. 13 Removing doors and windows with frames and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete. 14 Removing G.I. or A.C. sheet roofing including purlins, principal rafters etc. including sorting service able and unserviceable materials, stacking the same as and where directed in the compound including scaffolding etc. complete. 15 Removing rafters from roof including the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete. 16 Removing R.S. girders of any size and span lowering the same and stacking neatly wherever directed in the compound scaffolding etc. complete. 17 Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions and plankings in ceiling, eaves or barge board, eaves plate, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead :Thickness above 25 mm up to 40 mm 18 Dismantling brick masonary in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materials as directed with all lead, lifts, etc. 19 Dismantling stone masonary in lime or cement mortar including stacking the materials as directed with all lead, lifts, etc.. 20 Lowering down carefully existing stone masonry of the monument manually in proper order including shifting the stone elements up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and stacking them as directed by Engineer in-charge, removing building rubbish and cleaning the site etc. complete. 21 Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete (lift upto 1.50 m) By Manual Means. 22 Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete. 23 Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete. 24 Filling in plinth and floors with approved excavated material in 15 cm .
