Tender For Addn/Altn To Omqs At Af Station Kalaikunda Under Ge (Af) Kalaikunda.; 1 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.Complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type as specified and as directed 3 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.Complete all as specified and as directed. 4 S & F galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).Complete all as specified and as directed. 5 S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed . 6 S&F in mild steel works inposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed 7 M&L for Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces (5mm thick CM 1:4 with WPC setting coat and 10mm thick CM 1:4 backing coat), finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- WPC measured and paid separetely. 9 Supply only integral water proofing compound.Complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L applying two coats cement base paint on wall including preparing new plastered surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer.Complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for Earth filling,Spreading ,levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming incl watering as required complete as specified and as directed. 12 M & L cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (40 mmgraded stone Aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete.Complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.Complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.Complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L for Hardcore of broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.Complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors, pavings etc.Complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L with grey cement and pigment Cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,and cut and polised including scvreed bed 20 mm thick in cm 1:6complete all as specified and as directed 18 M&L,60 mm thick M-35 Grade , machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement andpigment , of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over50mm thick sand cushion including demolition of existing pcc/ paver block complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Sand cushion will be measured and paid seperately. 19 M&L,80 mm thick M-35 Grade , machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement andpigment , of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over50mm thick sand cushion including demolition of existing pcc/ paver block complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-Sand cushion will be measured and paid seperately. 20 M&L sand filling under interlocking tiles or in foundation including watering and consolidation.Complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. 22 M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in ground floor/hardstanding/ Path/plinth etc complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S&F, for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thickof anycolour havingtensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roogf covering/ cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws all as specified 24 S&F, for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI basedplain steel sheet 0.50 mm thickof anycolour havingtensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roogf covering/ cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws all as specified 25 S&F Rolled section(angle,tee,square pipe,plate etc) as in main and crossed beam,post hip and rafters etc,fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates rivets nuts bolts etc complete complete all as specified,conforming FE-410W (Gde E 250) quality B.Complete all as specified and as directed. 26 S&Ffor MS framed work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including distance pieces ,cleats etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. 27 S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates (ornamental type) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc.& other structural work complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality A.Complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S&F Framed work such as for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivetedor forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.Complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer.Complete all as specified and as directed. 30 M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,bolt length exc 5cm nexc 10cm and neck dia 16-20mm.Complete all as specified and as directed.
