The Supplier Shall Pack The Roof Complete In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture In Such A Way That Roof Complete Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged , Twisted During Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface. It Should Be Wrapped With Enviroment Friendly Material And It Should Have St Andard Clamping /Fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Fi Rms Identification Mark. 2. First Returnable Fixture Along With Roof Complete Be Retain Ed By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The E Nd Of The Contact, The Firm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture Fro M Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strength To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of One Coach Set Of Roof Comple Te. 4. The Fixture /Frame/Pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed Roof Complete Re Main In Position To Minimize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of R Oof Complete Under Open Sky.
