Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Carting of building rubbish / malba /garbage,similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including lifting from terrace to ground floor, loading, transporting and unloading in approved municipal dumping yard or as approved by Engineer - in- charge, beyond 50 metres initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Dismantling 3 Nos 9M structural steel Poles, supporting angles, plates, flats, horizontal and vertical gantry, nuts & bolts etc., of weight of about 1.00 MT or more and stacking the members carefully in orderly manner at the site as directed. (The rate includes hiring charges for necessary tools and plants such as pulleys, ropes, arranging skilled labour etc.)

Shifting of all the dismantled 3 Nos of 9M Roof Top Pole materials, antennas, cables, Gantry materials etc., from terrace of Meenakshi Towers building Metpalli to ground and transportation to Metpalli Telephone Exchange in a Private carrier. The entire lot of Tower/Pole members, antennas, cables, Gantry materials, nuts, bolts etc., shall be transported in a single lot. (The Job includes cost of labour involved in collection of all members, liftingwith required lead,loading into vehicle and unloading, stacking of all the poles members at the desired location within a distance of 3 kms.etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
