Operation Of Jvrb Station Including Maintenance Of Indoor And Outdoor Signaling Equipments For Two Years Period At Jvrb Private Railway Siding Sathupalli, Khammam District, Telangana State.-1 Maintenance of outdoor signalling gears pertaining to Electronic Interlocking (EI) System at JVRB Station at Sathupally in SCCL for a period of 24 Months including Manpower, Tools and Consumables Under the AMC, the following manpower shall be deployed in shifts to ensure round-the-clock maintenance and operation of S&T assets: SSE (S&T)/Supervisor - 1 No Signal & Telecom Maintainer Grade 1 - 4 Nos Signal Helper- 4 Nos Junior Engineer (Telecom) - 1 No Telecom Helper - 1 No Telecom Maintainer Grade III-1 No Vehicle: Dedicated 24x7 Vehicle i. Quick Mobilization of material and manpower during emergencies like breakdowns, derailments, signaling failures, or other site disruptions. ii. Transportation of tools, equipment, and spare parts essential for maintenance of S&T gears. iii. Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance activities. The following consumables shall be made available at all times under the Annual Maintenance Contract to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities: Lubricants & Oils: • Lubricant Oil (as per OEM/recommended grade) • SAE-30 Grade Oil (for point machines and other mechanical parts) • Grease (for mechanical linkages, clamps, etc.) Battery Maintenance Supplies (for LMLA batteries): • Distilled Water (Battery topping) • Sulphuric Acid (Battery electrolyte replenishment in compliance with safety norms) • Petroleum Jelly (for terminal corrosion protection) Electrical Consumables: • Fuses (various ratings) • Electrical Terminals and Connectors • Cable Lugs and Ferrules • lnsulation Tapes (PVC/electrical grade) Tools & Equipment to be Provided Under AMC The following tools and equipment shall be made available and maintained in good working condition for effective execution of S&T maintenance activities: 1.
