Catering Service Hiring of 02 nos of cooks (semi-skilled), 01 no. of cook helper (unskilled), 02 nos. of serving boy ( unskilled), 02 nos of sweeper (unskilled) for cooking, serving, cleaning of utensils and related miscellaneous work at Field canteen of Jagannth OCP, Jagannath Area for a period of 730 days Operation and up-keeping of main canteen for a period of 02 (two) years at Jagannath Colliery, Jagannath Area. Daily up-keeping of canteen building in mine premises with scope of work including- (i).Cleaning of floors chairs, tables, window panel etc. and drains adjacent to canteen building. (ii). Cleaning of toilets and periphery of canteen building. (iii). Collection and cleaning of utensils from dining tables etc.after Tiffin and meals as per direction of EIC. Scope of worki). As per normal requirement, one Cook (semiskilled) and three unskilled workers (1 cook helper, 1 service boy & 1 sweeper) to be deployed in first shift. ii). One cook (semi-skilled) and one service boy (unskilled) and one sweeper (unskilled) to be engaged in second shift. N.B.: However the payment shall be made as per actual deployment per shift Total Quantity :
