Up-Gradation Of Office Block At Rsgc Srinagar- 1 Dismantling of existing PVC paneling from walls incl. disposal of same 2 Providing and fixing of 12mm ply board on walls over the ply joists after required intervals incl. C/O joist, nails cutting wastage complete 3 Removal of old damaged wall to wall from the floor and cleaning the floor surface using detergent etc. and disposal of damaged wall to wall. 4 Providing and Installation of 8mm superior quality premium quality wooden flooring to be fixed on walls in multi colour scheme as well as on floors and the shades/ colour of the flooring will be chosen by the EIC incl. cost of installation of cornice, profile, bedding adhesive and 2mm foam sheets under the floor complete 5 Providing and fixing of washable wall paper on ceiling of desired shade incl. c/o wastage adhesive complete. 6 Removal of aluminum frame work incl. Glass shelves and re-fixing the same on other side of walls incl. c/o of all accessories complete Job 7 Providing and fixing of double pattern Zebra blinds with imported fabric on windows incl. c/o of pelmet complete 8 Change of upholstery for Sofa taking out the damaged upholstery and providing and fixing of New as approved by EIC with durable fabric with cushions nails screws and foam 4” high density PU complete. 9 Change of Upholstery for Chairs taking out the damaged upholstery and providing and fixing of New as approved by EIC with durable fabric with cushion nails screws and foam 4 high density PU complete along with wooden repairs. 10 Supply of large size Executive revolving chair with leather upholstery along with arm rest of standard quality. 11 Providing & Fixing of aluminum framed door(3’x7’) with Tinted glass of 5mm incl. all accessories like handle for both sides, locking system al-drop rolling back push on backside complete 12 Providing and fixing of 8mm Saint Gobin glass incl. c/o dismantling of existing damaged glass and rubber seals complete. 13 Providing and fixing of 12mm Saint Gobin glass door incl. c/o dismantling of existing damaged glass door and new rubber seals complete. 14 Providing and fixing of floor/Door machine to be fixed in Floor and Fins on the top incl. C/o dismantling of the existing damaged machine Godrej or equivalent. 15 Supply of 19mm kit ply display boards 2’-0”x4’-0” dimensions duly painted with syn. Enamel paint over a coat of wood primer of desired shade/colour incl. c/o beading and back side clips along with letter writing/RSGC logo (As per Sample) 16 Providing & Fixing of Tinted glass of 5mm in Aluminum frame incl. taking out the damaged glass preserving the rubber seals and aluminum beading to be fixed back after fixing of new glass complete. 17 Re- installation charges of window Awnings to the walls incl. cost of hooks, Dash fast Nuts, stitching, making of new place to fix fast nuts where ever necessary to make it more durable. 18 Providing & fixing of Hinges for Awnings as per sample and required size with pins. 19 Repair and Re- installation charges of foldable terrace Awnings (14x12). The damaged Awning is to be dismantled from the existing position and make necessary repairs/ stitching before placed it back incl. cost of fast nuts and change of fast nuts place. 20 Supply and Fixing of Arms as per required section for terrace & window Awnings 21 Providing and fixing of locking system to terrace Awning to be replaced with the damaged one complete.
