Repair/Renovation Of Dak Banglow Tangdar- 1 dismantling of old work by wayof removing wooden palnaks at the site of work and storage of serviceable materisl at divison store as per direction of engineer in charge complete job 2 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 3 providing and laying of soling stone size on level(hand packed ) incl watering ramming complet ebelow foundation and rooms including all carriages with cost etc complete job. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.
