Tender For Provision Of Certain Revenue & Minor Works Under Age B/R I At Chandimandir.; 1 Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cementmortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviveable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed 2 Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 450 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, for receving the tiles, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6,complete all as specified and directed. 4 Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade,8-10mm thick (square ) , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed. 5 All as per serial item No 4 hereinbefore but on skirting / vertical surfaces laid over and including 10mm rendering in cement mortar 1:4, compelte all as specified and directed 6 Taking down chowkats or frame not exc. 1.5 Sqm with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frame,complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down chowkats or frame exc. 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Square metre with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frame,complete all as specified and directed. 8 Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. 9 Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100/ 50 x 75 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). 10 Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge 11 150 mm size aluminium , barrel tower bolt (ISI Marked) of extruded section complete all as specified and directed. 12 Butt hinges 100mm long, of extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, complete all as directed. 13 150mm size aluminium handle (ISI Marked), cast type, anodised,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be
