tender for civil works for the proposed closing of tml rsu at t.nagar dismantling of existing aluminium door / partition and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials all upto floor five level as decided and directed by the eng-in-charge. 45.00 sqm one sqm 2 dismantling pvc flooring including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material in the store yard / nearest places as directed by engineer-in-charge. 77.00 sqm one sqm 3 supplying and filling in plinth with m sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete 5.00 cum one cum 4 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. all work upto plinth level a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (rca) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size including recycled aggregate (ra)) 0.45 cum one cum b) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-iii) including manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (rca) up to 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including recycled concrete aggregate (rca) upto 25% ) 0.45 cum one cum 5 repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: a)1;4 (1 cement:4 fine m sand white washing with lime to give an even shade old work (two or more coats) . 250.00 sqm one sqm 7 transportation charges for shifting of transportation charges for shifting of aluminium materials ,particle boards,glazing etc. carefully upto floor v level from various sources as decided and directed by eng-in-charge. 1.00 job each 8 dismantling steel truss,purlin,supporting angles etc.with necessary gas cutting,grinding etc carefully including stacking of the same and making good the surface as directed. 1.00 job each 15 deduct for taking possession and disposal of following unserviceable materials in as is where is condition. a) steel sections suchas purlin,truss etc. 150.00 kg one kg. 16 disposal of tree branches,bush,building rubbish by mechanical transportation including stacking, loading and unloading at corporation dumping ground upto a distance of 15km from the site all as directed by e-in-c.
