Tender For Construction Of 04 X 5000 Ltr Swt In Sff Hospital, At Chakrata; 1 Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for RCC M-30 design mix in foundation, including rafts, footing, plinth beam, bases for column and pedestal using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for RCC M-30 design mix in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, any thickness above the top of footings using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&F MS TMT bars10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping forcolumns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.90mm diaconfirming to Fe 500 or Fe 550 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) or foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter roughfinished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 10 Use & waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc ; vertical or to batter, roughfinished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for 15mm thick renedering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 12 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4intwo layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 10mm thick first layer and 5mm second layer finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 13 M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified. 15 S&F40mm bore tubes medium grade, galvanised wih all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,for 40 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both endsfor iron pipe and fixed,complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F Expanded metal N exc 4 kg per sqm , cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for preparationof new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L for four course water proofing treatment for floor consists of as under complete all as specified and as directed :-(i) 12mm thick plaster in CM(1:3) (ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1965@ 0.30 ltr/Sqm.(iii) Applying a tack coatbitumen85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 702 including one layer of heissen base tar felt gde -I (iv) 50mm PCC M-20 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (a) Contractor will carry out the ponding/leakage test for 96 hrs for entire satisfaction of AGE(I) and Engr-in-Charge will submit the certificate of testing for no leakage.(b) Payment for the RCC work shall be processed only after the testing of the SWTs. 23 M&L for two course water proofing treatment for wall consists of as under complete all as specified and as directed:-(i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1965@ 0.30 ltr/Sqm.(ii) Applying a tack coatbitumen85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:702 including one layer of heissen base tar felt gde -INote : (a) Contractor will carry out the ponding/leakage test for 96 hrs for entire satisfaction of AGE(I) and Engr-in-Charge will submit the certificate of testing for no leakage. (b) Payment for the RCC work shall be processed only after the testing of the SWTs.
