(Banana-2, Samosa-2, Burfi-01 piece, Chips 50 gm, Water bottle 500 ml, Cold drink-250 ml, (Sharbat/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee- as per season) Note:- 20 packets of snacks will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages will be made available by setting up a stall (Sharbat/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee as per season). 2 For food arrangement for bride and groom and 10-10 persons from their side:- Dal, Rice, Roti, Puri, Kachori, Dry Vegetable, Mix Veg, Paneer Vegetable, Salad, Rasgulla/Kheer/Halwa, Chowmein etc. Total 20 persons per couple. 3 Providing 05 photographs along with album to the bride after her marriage (For marriage – Jaimala, Pheras, Sindoor Daan, Kanyadan, with family and with selfie point, For Nikaah – with family, joint photo of bride and groom at the time of signing, At the time of farewell, with selfie point) For this work, one photographer will be arranged for 25 couples.4 For marriage, 02 pieces of rose garland, for Nikah, Sehra- of Bela/Jasmine flowers.5 Turban/Safa (for the groom)6 Arrangement of priest and Maulvi for solemnizing the marriage and Dakshina/remuneration for them.7 Refreshment/food arrangement for special guests, total 02 persons per couple8 Arrangement of tents, pandals and mandap etc.:- chairs, tables, pandals, pandal mats, mattresses and sheets per pandal, decoration (grand and attractive decoration of stage and pandal), grand and attractive entrance with flower decoration at the entrance of the event venue, on which banner related to the event will also be put up, flower garland, havan wood, mango leaf and banana leaf, bouquet/plants with pots and flowers etc. for welcoming the guests, banner for main stage, gate, parking, food pandal, press gallery, (as per requirement), Photography, sound and amplifier/sound box/mike arrangement, generator, change room, fan, cooler and light etc., havan kund and balu kund with all the materials (wood, ghee, havan samagri, dates, sugar etc.), (German hanger arrangement for marriage ceremony of 100 or more couples.) Sofa cover for special guests and officers, VIP chair and table arrangement etc. per person9 2 to 4 LEDs with big screen at the venue 10 05 kg boondi laddu separately for bride and groom side which will be provided in a basket with bamboo woven handle covered with yellow transparent wrapper. 11 Separate dry fruits covered basket for bride and groom side (each of which will contain 500 gm almonds, 250 gm walnuts, 250 gm makhana, 500 gm raisins and one dry coconut) 12 Complete program from start to finish Arrangement for videography till 12 noon. 13 Installation of a big hoarding on the side of the road at the venue of the programme. (Which should mention the eligibility of the scheme and arrangement for applying etc.) 14 Banner for the stage on which the name of the scheme, photograph of the Honourable Chief Minister of the state, Honourable departmental minister/Minister in charge of the district and names of the distinguished guests should be mentioned. 15 Colour printing and lamination of marriage certificate on hard paper 16 Arrangement of 100 attractive invitation cards (with printed envelope) for inviting Honble public representatives and officers for each programme 17 Cultural programmes etc. which are to be conducted compulsorily.
