Tender For Attending Repair And Maintenance Of 2 Nos Entrance Tower At Chethlath; 1 Dismantling the damaged top slab & steps of the entrance tower including removing of the dismantled concrete exposing the M.S.rods and transporting the materials to the department stack yard as instructed by EIC leaving no brocken concrete pieces on the sea bedincluding hire charge of tractors, cost hire charge of required heavy mechinaries like concrete cutter, demolition hammer, breaker etc, cost of laboursetc complete. 2 Providing & laying RCC 1:0.9:1.80 using 20mm graded stone agregate for entrance tower, steps and RCC slab etc., excluding fabrication charges which will be paid separately , including cost of cement, granite stone, river sand, all labour charges for screening and washing of both the aggregates, providing all shuttering, including cost of shuttering materials, centering, proping wherever required mixing concrete, conveying and placing consolidation with vibrator curing, and transportation charges of all other materials to work site, hire charges and running expenses of concrete mixer machine and vibrator, etc., complete. 3 Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages as per drawing for cast-in-situ piles as per the direction of Nodal Officer, including cost of material, fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, cutting, bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site at Chetlat, cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete. 4 Engagement of above 35 Feet boat for Transportation of construction materials such as cement, aggregates, shuttering materials etc. from jetty to the construction site at entrance by boat including hire charges of boat etc. complete. 5 Painting two coats on RCC entrance tower surface above water level including cost of paint, hire charges of boat, all labour charges for scrapping the outer area, cleaning, scaffolding, brushes, minor tools etc. complete.
