    MTPS- II – Mill Plant Division – Dismantling of worn out Spool pieces from orifice area, replacing/reconditioning the wornout portions & hard facing and reassembling the orifice spool pieces in this position during the AOH - 2025- 1 Charges for arresting the coal powder carrying coal pipes at burner elevation by providing angles and channel supports to remove the coal bend/spool piece/reducer/Circular gate etc… 2 Charges for dismantling & reassembling the coal pipe orifice gate and Spool piecesat various elevations including the cost of consumables, T & Ps etc., 3 Charges for cutting the eroded/worn-out orifice Top & Bottom Spool piece wornout portion from the orifice, removing the Spool piece wornout portion, grinding and preparation of existing Spool Pieces portions by welding, grinding, fixingnew 100 mm coal pipe then welding the pipe with bend at both end of orifice. 4 Charges for hard facing of dia 600 mm old Spool Piece both end at inner side for 100 mm length dia 600 mm circumference at both sides ( Totally 200mm length)including the cost of hard facing welding electrodes etc…
