TNPGCL - TTPS - Civil Maintenance Circle - Project - Repair and Maintenance Works to the Barbed Wire Fencing over the Compound Wall from Token Gate to Gate No. 6 near TTPS Main Entrance- 1 Clearing the light jungle and disposing effectively from the site including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete 2 Dismantling the existing RR stone Masonry for the required width & depth as per the instructions of engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete. 3 Pointing with C.M 1:6, flush pointing for R.R. masonry including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete. 4 Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete. 5 Plastering with C.M 1:3, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete. 6 Collection and insertion of glass pieces over the top surface of compound wall for safety purpose including cost of glass pieces, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 7 Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP/PP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work. 8 Providing barbed wire fencing over Compound wall top with angle size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 2ply 10 gauge G.I. barbed wire and tying with angle horizontally and vertically through the holes in the Y bracket with the required tension as per the direction of the Engineer at site including cost of binding wire, barbed wire etc., and transporting charges, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 9 Providing two legged scaffolding using 10cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W. Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.
