    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Bbm; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Quarterly; Yes Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of Hydraulic Wheel Press Cap-500T M/C No.K-129 installed at K-shop of C&W Workshop, Eastern Railway, Liluah for 02(Two) years. 1. Cleaning of the Tracks. 2. Cleaning of the Walkover Surface. 3. Checking of Oil leaks from the hydraulic and Lubrication lines. 4. Checking of Control devices. 5. Checking of Hydraulic Power Pack. 6. Cleaning of Hydraulic Power Pack. 7. Pressure of pump is to be adjusted if required. 8. Cleaning of Hydraulic Ram Cylinders. 9. Checking of Hydraulic Pipe lines and arresting Leakage if found. 10. Greasing or oiling of Box Nut with Screw rod. 11. Checking of lubrication lines and proper lubrication of the machine. 12. Checking of Wheels of Resistance Head and Rail Track alignment. 13. Checking of Driving Mechanism of Resistance Head and checking & cleaning of Telescopic cover o screw Rod. 14. Checking of Wheel set Rest Trolley with Jack. 15. Checking of Double column hoist. 16. Checking of the condition of hoist chain drum and repair / replace as per requirement. 17. Checking of the condition of hoist chains and replace if required with proper test certificate. 18. Checking of hoist gearboxes. 19. Cleaning of Hydraulic & Lubrication Filters. 20. Any other work if required for smooth running of the Machine. Total Quantity :
