(Job No.789Su/Maj Rev/05/2025-26).; 1 Surface excavation in hard dense soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed 2 M&L for Hardcore of gauge of borken boulders n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6)as in sub base of floor ,complete all as specified amnd directed. 5 M&Lfor Core Endura tiles (Super grip series) coloured(Ivory, Terrakota, Grey etc) of size (300x300mm or 400x400m) 10-12mm thick in floors/riser/step etc set and jointed with necessary adhessive & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. 6 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 square meter on plan and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed 7 M&L cement concrete(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations fillingandmass concreting complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L brick work withsubclass ;B old size bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6 meter mean radius built in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for 15 mm rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces by affixing 3 mm thick wall care putty, applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new prepared surface complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 S&F tubular steel trusses including special shape washers etc. including forcolumns complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubesconfirming to IS -1239 -1997 GRADE ST-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge 13 M & L for PCC(1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass cocrete complete all as specified and directed.. 14 S&F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over inthickness in available sizes, complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 16 S & FPre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer.complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F Acrylic sheet of white/specified coloured having operating instruction to be written with red paint, complete all as specified and directed 19 Removing excavated material (soil).exc 200 meter but n.exc250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
