    Repair Replacement Of Drr 457W And Tvr 10618- 1 DRR 457:- Repairs to the rear roll RH & LH of the machine by dismantling rolls from the machine and removing of damaged bushes , gear driven and MC bolts and providing and fitting of new Bush inner (308-1-7A)- 2No., Bush Outer (308-1-7B)-02 No., by grinding to proper size of the shaft, repairing to gear driven by way of repairing of teeth 10 No. each ofgear driven with welding, grinding and brazing. P/f of MC Bolts (308-1-12)-10 Nos. Testing and assembling the machines The job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes as per site condition. 2 TVR 10618:- Repairs to cooling water system of the machine by way of removing the radiator of machine, cleaning chocked pipes, servicing of complete radiator by flushing of tubes with high pressure jet, cleaning with caustic soda. P/f of pimp assembly water (D10221980)- 01 No., Hose pipe set with clamps-01 set, Assembling the pump assembly and testing. Job includes cost of material, labour, taxes and transportation charges as per site conditions. 3 TVR 10618:- Repairs to the front roll drum assembly of Tandem Vibratory roller by way of dismantling it removing the damaged parts. Providing and fitting of grooved ball bearing C83628826800-01 No, Grooved ball bearing C83628824100-01 No. Assembling the machine. Testing at site. job includes cost of material and labour charges as per site condition and taxes. 4 Rebate on account of old parts (absolute)
