    Tender For Overhauling Of Pressure Parts Of Unit No-03 Of 3X210 Mw, Atps, Anpara, Sonebhadra. - Erection and dismantling of Cup-lock Scaffolding 2 Rectification/replacement of damaged/eroded pressure parts tubes/bends/DMW/reducer. 3 Build-up of eroded portion of the tubes caused by ash / steam erosion using suitable welding electrodes matching with parent metal composition. Depth of erosion up to 2.5 mm, length of erosion up to 250 mm 4 Repairing and rectification of Economizer coil with measurement and rectification of coil pitches (One coil counted for top & bottom) 5 Fins welding of Water wall, SCW and saw cut fins. 6 Providing additional SS half shield in S/H, Screen & Hanger tubes, W/W tubes, LTSH/Economizer coil/bends and other area of pressure parts. 7 Repairing/rectification of Buck stay corner attachment in boiler 1st & 2nd Pass 8 Alignment of horizontal & vertical Buck stay beam. 9 Repairing/rectification of and tightening of all hangers supports/Tie rods of PA/SA/FG duct 10 Alignment of all Platen, CRH, HRH and FSH coils 11 Fabrication of bend 12 Deployment of skilled technician for demetering 13 H.P. jet cleaning of Boiler Pressure Parts and De-slugging of tubes of Water Wall, SCW, Platen S/H, CRH, HRH, final S/H, LTSH, Economizer 14 Repairing of skin casing of first pass & second pass of penthouse and complete furnace sealing in penthouse and Doghouse area 15 DP test for dissimilar joints, header stubs etc. of boiler tubes (As per scope of work) 16 Cleaning of removal of foreign materials from headers by removal of hand holes by grinding, after flushing and cleaninghand holes must be properly welded 17 Replacement of expansion of Eco hopper
