| 13 | Labour Charges for dismantling and dismembering of existing 40 metre high Ground Based tower (Approx. weight 10.00 MT) made of mild steel flat, tees, Angles, Channels, tubes etc. including associated Components like wave guide , Ladders, railing, Antena , Earthing patti, Platform, fixtures , Aviation Light Assembly etc. including sorting of tower members / nuts and bolts washers etc. Including bundling of Similar Small plates , Small Angle & flat Section by binding with G.I.Wiresproperly and packaging of all nuts and bolts in gunny bags Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The payment shall be made on the weight basis and for it the electronic weighment slip shall be produced by the Agency. The rate are inclusive of all above operations including Electronic Weighment Charges, Toll Taxes , insurance Charges of man and materials in visinity , providing G.I. binding wires and gunny bags for which nothing extra shall be paid to the Agency. |
| 14 | Dismantling and dismembering of Type I BTS Shelter size approx. 2.13m x3.13mx2.76m, made of PU foamwall, floor and roof pannels , Roofing sheets , Flooring Ply sheet, Antistatic Flooring , Door, M.S. Girder Section etc. carefully. Including sorting of Shelter members, fixtures and fittings of door like hinges , latch lock etc. properly Complete and lowering of all materials from terrace to Ground as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate are inclusive of all above operations including Electronic Weighment Charges, Toll Taxes , insurance Charges of man and materials in visinity , providing G.I. binding wires, wooden boxes and gunny bags for which nothing extra shall be paid to the Agency. The small articles received shall be packed in a wooden box/plastic bag arraned by the Agency. |
| 15 | Credit to department for taking away unseviceable dismantal steel materials beyond the requirement of the department etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
