    Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.-Random Rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar above 30cm. thick walls.-Random Rubble stone masonry superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30cm. thick walls.-Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M- 150 -1 : 2 : 4- mortar prepared with 1 solution of water – proof compound) excluding two coats of hot blown bitumen -2 kg. per sqm- complete as per specification without glass strip 3mm thick.-Plaster on new surface of walls incement sand mortar 1 : 4 including racking of Joints etc.-Supplying and fixing stone lintels-bed plates of approved quarry rough dressed in cement mortar 1:4 : Upto 15cm thick.-Providing and laying in positioncement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.-Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.-Dismantling asbestos cement pressure pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, and stacking the same within a lead of 50 meter,-Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.
