Tit-bit Civil renovation work at NTAA IIIB, NTAA-IIIC, NTAA-IIIE and NTAA IIIG 33/11 KV sub-station under Newtown Division.- 1 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor. 2 Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof. 3 Scraping of moss, blisters etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge). 4 Removing old scales, blisters etc. of interior surface of walls, ceiling by scraping etc. and preparing smooth and even surface with rendering or cement mortar (1:2) (as necessary), to make the surface suitable for receiving distemper. (Payment againt this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-Charge). 5 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish and stacking anywhere within the compound as directed. 6 Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. 7 Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including removing & dressing bed to proper level & filling joints with powered earth or local sand. 8 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1: 2: 4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.Pakur variety. Polymer based multi-cavity holo section of 120 mm X 30 mm with 2 mm (± 0.2mm) wall thickness will be placed in the middle, reinforced by solid polymer bar of 200 mm long at both end and screws from both sides as lock rail.
