Construction Of Stair Near Chairlift Old.- 1 Dismantling and Demolishing of Stone Work in Cementmortor including removal of mortor and staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material up to 50 mtrs. 2 Dismantling and Demolishing ofCement concrete including disposal of unserviceable material up to 50 mtrs. 3 Providing and laying of stone solling hand Packed including Carriage by Mtfrom Source toGondola Gulmargfor avg. 25 Kms. 4 Providing and laying of Cement Concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundation in Footing up to plinth level. 6 Providing and fixing of Chesil dressed Devri Stone 25mm thick of (300X 240 mm )size Tiles usedfor Pavement /paths including mortor 25 mm thick cement mortor also including all necessary carriagesup to Gulmarg Gondola. 7 AAvailable at Site 8 B Rest Qtty. 9 12mm thick cement Pluster in 1-4 Mix ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand) 10 P/F of (300x300)mm size and 22mm thick chequired tiles light grade including 20mm thick cement motor 1:4 mix filling joints with relevant colour pigment complete job. 11 Carriage of sand by MT up to an average 55 kms up to Gulmarg Gondola. 12 Carriage of aggregate by MT up to an average 30 kms up to Gulmarg Gondola. 13 Add Carriages by H/Loadfor all items 14 Providing and fixing of CIB Sign Board and Photograph
