(5) The Masonry Structures Should Be Dismantled/Demolished Completely Up To Ground Level Only And The Purchaser Has To Take The Released Debris And Material Which Has Come Out From Dismantling On His Own Arrangements From The Site. (6) Any Loss/Damage That May Arise (If Any) Due To Theft, Accident, Mishandling, Fire, Flood Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By Railways Under Any Circumstances. (7) In Case Of Any Damage To The Railway Property During Dismantling/Loading Etc. Purchaser Shall Be Responsible And Loss Will Be Recovered From The Purchaser. (8) The Delivery Of Wood/Iron Material Will Be Affected Only After Removal/Clearing Of Wall, Bricks, Masonry Rubbish From The Respective Spot. (9) After Removing All The Material From The Site, Leveling Dressing And Cleaning Activity Will Be Performed By Purchaser At His Own Cost. Location: Polyclinic East And North Side.
