Tender For Haat Bazaar Construction Work Aam Chauhta Ramseen. - Excavation of soil upto 1.5 m depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping the bottom, pouring water, beautifying the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling the empty spaces with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil upto a distance of 50 meters.2 In cement concrete foundation or floor, put 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken)/brick soil in cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 aggregate and tamping, including tamping.3 Laying of stone in foundation and plinth in cement-gravel mixture, including closing the side gap and tamping etc. 4 Cement Concrete Pouring and supply of reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4/1:1.5:3 mix, pressing into roof slabs, balcony, beams, lintels etc, plastering and leveling of surface with 1:3 cement mortar etc including scaffolding but cost of steel and shuttering separately. 5 Centering/Shuttering (planking and rigging) for laying RCC roof, slab, balcony, lintel etc. upto 4.5 m height and removal etc. as per specifications.6 Cutting, bending and fixing of iron for RCC work and fastening work including supply.7 Cement plaster on wall using cement-gravel in 1:6 ratio including scraping of joints and regular watering for 14 days.8 Filling in plinth with River sand/Earth under floors including watering ramming consolidation and dressing complete including cost of sand/earth Lead Avg 3 Km.9 Cement concrete foundation with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken)/brick aggregate cement sand mortar 1 cement : 6 sand :12 Mixing of aggregates in proportion, pouring and tamping including tamping. (As per IS code 7272 and 10067)10 Cement concrete 1:2:4 mixture of 1 cement 2 gravel 4 stone or brick 12 m. of nominal aggregate in 50 mm thickness, mixing, pouring, tamping, tamping and tamping etc.11 Foundation and plinth first class brick masonry in cement-gravel 1:6 or 1:8 mortar, including closing of side cracks and tamping.12 December work for complete entire building
