Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of Semi Automatic Oxygen And Nitrous Panels Along With Manifolds And Allied Works Near Opd Block At Govt. Dental College And Hospital, Srinagar- 1 Dismounting of Existing Old/damaged/Flood hit Oxygen & Nitous oxide panels with manifolds and handing over of the same to the college stores under proper receipt. 2 Supply,installation,testing & comissioning of semi automatic Oxygen oxide panel along with providing and fitting of 8x8 manifold for connecting the Oxygen/Nitrous oxide cylinders. The job includes providing and fitting of tail pieces/NRVs etc required to connect the cylinders with the manifold.The job shall include fitting the manifold on the wallas shall be shown at the site. Necessary copper piping required to connect the panel with the existing pipe line shall be in the scope of the work. The job also includes providing and fixing of angle iron brackets with chain of required size to hold the cylinders. The job also encompasses of providing and fitting of necessary electric point with switch socket, wiring etc of required capacity and size from nearest electric panel. 3 Supply,installation,testing & comissioning of semi automatic Nitrous oxide panel along with providing and fitting of 2x2 manifold for connecting the Oxygen/Nitrous oxide cylinders. The job includes providing and fitting of tail pieces/NRVs etc required to connect the cylinders with the manifold.The job shall include fitting the manifold on the wallas shall be shown at the site. Necessary copper piping required to connect the panel with the existing pipe line shall be in the scope of the work. The job also encompasses of providing and fitting of necessary electric point with switch socket, wiring etc of required capacity and size from nearest electric panel. 4 Providing,Fitting& testing of seamless copper tubing,solid drawn of thickness 0.9mm for oxygen line.The copper tubing shall be seamless hard tempered as per ASTM-2-01/AISI/BIS.The job includes cutting of copper tubing,silver brazing,polishing including providing and fitting of copper fittings like nipples,sockets,elbows,reducers ,tees etc.The copper tubing shall be fitted on the wall with the help of saddles,clamps etc and shall have to be tested at a pressure 3 times than the working pressure of oxygen.The tubing shall be applied with 2 coats of paint as per standard colour code. 5 12mm 6 15mm 7 Providing and fitting of self sealing valves for oxygen/Nitrous supply.The job alsoincludes testing of self sealing valve assembly (front loaded double locking) including cover.The valve shall be installed on the wall with its inlet connected to the copper tubing carrying oxygen pipe by means of brazing with silver electrode. The job includes providing and fitting of necessary copper fittings complete in all respects. The valve shall be non-interchangeable, self sealing, quick connect gas outlet for oxygen, suitable for head wall units/Wall. The front fascia of valves shall be non interchangeable and Gas color code. All tools/tackles requried for the job must be arranged by the contractor. 8 Provision for Providing, fitting and testing ofnew BPC oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottlesconnected to the self sealing valves of oxygen. BPC oxygen flow metershall be offering the latest technical improvements for a precise measuring of the flow, with +/-5% accuracy. The body of the flow meter shall be chrome plated Brass, graduated flow tubes and cover made of polycarbonate. The flow meters shall have adjustable flow by needle valve with micro metrical regulation. The flow meter shall be able to compensate back pressure and shall have a standard flow of 0-15 LPM. The inlet filter of flow meter shall be made of stainless steel wire net and is be connectedto the outletof self sealing valve with humidifier bottles. This includes providing and fitting of necessary copper fittings complete in all respects. 9 Providing,fitting and testing of ball type main isolation valves alongwith complete fittings.The valves shall be of brass metal. 10 12 MM 11 15 mm
