    Dismantling, Re-Installation, Repairing (Outside Camc) Of Split Type Room Air-Conditioner Installed At Various Places Of Kolkata Police Hq And 306 B.B Ganguly Street Under Purview Of Lbes, Pwd.- Dismantling of 1.0/1.5/2.0 Tr split type room air-conditioner fromtheir original position and keeping them in safe custody. 2 Installation, testing & commissioningof the2.0 ton capacity split Air Conditioners indoor and outdoor unit after cutting hole in wall as required by santras & mending good damages and finishing by sand ,cement,14 size stone chips as per direction of EIC. 3 Thorough servicing, overhauling of existing AC machines. 4 Supply & refilling of R-410A/R-32 refrigerant gas for AC machines 5 S & drawing refrigerant copper pipe line of following sizes for inter- connection of indoor & outdoor unit along with nitrile rubber insulation foam asbestos and roll tape wrapping and saddling 6 1/4 7 1/2 8 5/8 9 S/F 3/4” PVC drain pipe with saddles for fixing the pipe on wall. 10 S/ F 3 core 2.5 sqmm copper control cable for interconnection of indoor and outdoor unit. 11 Supply & fixing of inverter PCB board for 1.5/2.0 Tr split inverter AC machine in-lieu of defective one. 12 Repairing of defective inverter PCB board for 1.5/2.0 Tr split AC machine. 13 Supply & fixing of hermetically sealedrotary compressor for 1.5 TR Split type AC machine. (Make: Toshiba/Hitachi/Tecumesh) 14 S/F powder coated MS iron structure for installation of outdoor units 15 Fabrication of suitable bracket by 3 nos angle (50x50x6mmx3mtr) for installation of 1 no. outdoor unit & 16 mtr of 25 x6 mm iron flat and 25x25x5mm of 10 mtr for platform & groundwall & fixed it in concrete wall by cutting hole & necessary scaffolding as per direction of EIC & painting the fabrication workby 1 coat of RO primer & 2 coat of oil paint.
