Repairs To Tvr 17813 Escort-1.01 Repair to TVR by way of first dismantling the old and damaged turbocharger assembly and then providing and fitting of new turbocharger assembly-01 No., gasket turbocharger to adopter-01 No., washers, nuts and bolts as per requirement. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes 2.01 Periodical servicing of the TVR by way of flushing old lubricants and removing old filters and then P/F of lube oil filter - 01 no, lube oil filter- secondary turbo charger- 01 no, fuel filter- spin type -01 no, engine oil - 11 Litres, drum oil for topping- 03 litres, hydraulic oil for topping-10 litres, coolant- 05 litres, grease- 05 kgs, Diesel – 25 litres, Diesel pipes from filter to water separator- 01 set. The job further includes repair to electrical system of TVR by way of providing and fitting of new fuses and wires as per requirement. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 4.01 Repair to hydraulic tank of the machine by way of first dismantling the tank and removing the broken bolts of the tank from the frame and then assembling of the tank by p/f of bolts with nuts- 04 nos. as per requirement, 01 no. gasket for hydraulic tank top cover plate along with bolts and nuts- 02 nos. each. The job also includes Repair to operator seat by dismantling the old worn out seat and then P/F of cushioning material to seat and backrest with cover along with frame.
