    Tender For Modification Works At Estate And Transport Offices Civil Works 1 Dismantling Dismantling aluminium/ laminate partitions, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material in the store with 1.50 kilometers lead as directed by Engineer-incharge Wall painting Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc complete Aluminium work using dismantled Aluminium Sections Providing and fixing aluminium partitions using dismantled aluminium sections, including all necessary materials, labour, and tools required for proper execution of the work. The scope includes the reuse of dismantled aluminium sections, which shall be cleaned, trimmed, and modified as necessary to suit the site conditions. The work shall also involve supplying and fixing all associated accessories and hardware items, such as stainless steel screws, PVC/EPDM gaskets, brackets, cleats, angles, corner pieces, silicone sealant, and any other fittings required to ensure structural stability, proper sealing, and aesthetic finish. All joints shall be sealed appropriately to ensure airtightness and durability. The partitions shall be erected true to line and level, with proper alignment, plumb, and securely fixed to adjacent structures as per approved design or instruction of the engineer-in-charge. Payment shall be made on a square meter (sqm) basis, calculated on the net partition area measured clear between the outer frames. No extra payment shall be made for wastage, overlaps, or cuts made to accommodate design or site-specific requirements
