Overhauling and Servicing ofM.S Strainers 2 Charges for scaffolding arrangements of 5 mtr heightinclusive of all consumable and T & Ps 3 Cutting and welding of 2 dia drain pipeinM.S Strainers of T22 grade of alloy steel pipe by IBR certified welder inclusive of all consumable andT & Ps 4 Dismantling of M.S Strainers tightening coverinclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 5 Positioning of special fixture for supporting M.S Strainers bottom, lifting of bottom plate, Removal of Segmental split rings, Protective ring etc., and Removal of damaged grafseal metallic sealing ring inclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 6 Removing of blanking device and M.S Strainers element by using gas heating, Disassembly device and jack etc., andRemoval of foreign materials from strainer elementinclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 7 Dye Penetration testing (DPT) of weld joint between blanking plate and strainer mesh and rectification and repairing of weld joint, Cleaning of all parts by solvent. Inspection of Strainer housing, Strainer element, Protective ring and other parts by DPT for any defectinclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 8 Re-installation of strainer element and Re-Assembling of all the parts in the correct sequence with new grafseal metallic sealing ringinclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 9 Re-Assembling of tightening cover of M.S Strainers and tightening all the bolts & nuts of tightening cover inclusive of all consumable and T & Ps. 10 II).
