Tender For Labour Charges For Dismantling, Pulling And Transportationof1 No. 400Kv,125Mvarswitchable Reactor At 230Kvguindy Ssto 400Kv Sholinganallur Aisss Inchennaisouth Operation Circle.; 1 Labour charges for loading/Unloading the reactor including raising and lowering of reactor using suitable jacks as many times as required with or without accessories and oil for loading the reactors from plinth or safe palce or to truck as required at site and using crane where ever required 2 Labour charges for loading/Unloading the reactorincluding raising and lowering of reactor using suitable jacks as many times as required with or without accessories and oil for loading the reactors from truck toplinth or safe palce or to truck as required site and using crane where ever required 3 Labour rate for pulling the reactorfrom plinth to truck or from plinth to safer place or from truck to plinth or truck to safer place or safer place to plinth or truck whereever required (Guindy 230KV SS end) 4 Labour rate for pulling the reactorfrom plinth to truck or from plinth to safer place or from truck to plinth or truck to safer place or safer place to plinth or truck whereever required (400KV Ottiyambakkam SS end) 5 Minimum Transport charges to be adopted for ICT above 100MT upto 100KMs ousidegreater chennai plus/MT/KM for every additional KM includingoil with all accessories. 6 Oil draining from 125MVAR reactor using filter machine/oil pump/hose etc., per litre excess quantity above 800Litres 7 Dismantling of 125MVAR reactor 400KV class (3 phase unit) 8 Dismantling of Nitrogen fire protection system for various capacity reactors (outdoor panel, signalling box,indoor panel,fire detectors, internal wiring and control cable laying & termination -N2 injection pipeline with valve and pipeline support and placing at safer place as directed by the site engineer 9 Labour charges for cleaning of old/released 400KV Class 125MVAR reactor including supply of washing and cleaning of materials 10 Labour charges for painting including supply of branded aluminium paint for 125MVAR 400KV class reactor 11 Hire charges for crane for additional works indismantling reassembly of accessories due to any defect/oil leakages and others. 12 Labour charges for dismantling of Moose conductor (under LCcondition) 13 Labour charges for filling N2 with supply and fixing of N2 cylinder, regulator and pressure guage 14 Labour for removing cable end gland and cable core end termination
